When Scott Frost and his staff took over the Nebraska football team, the 2018 recruiting class had bottomed out. When the shift from Mike Riley to Frost was officially over, the Huskers had eight commits and the class ranked somewhere in the 70’s.
After pulling in two commitments on Thursday night, it appears the Huskers could finish with a top 25 class in both Rivals and 247Sports rankings. That is quite the impressive turnaround for a staff that wasn’t hired until Mid-December.
To be fair, Mike Riley and company were building a solid foundation early in 2017.
