Brice Matthews and Max Anderson made a bit of Nebraska Cornhuskers history when they were selected on the first day of the MLB Draft on Sunday.

It was not exactly a surprise that Brice Matthews and Max Anderson were picked on the first day of the MLB Draft. That doesn’t make the fact that they were selected and that their selections helped make Nebraska Cornhuskers’ history any different.

While there was a chance that both players were going to be selected on the first day, that Brice Mattews got selected as the 28th overall player in the draft.
