I’m not exactly sure if I have ever seen this type of situation before. Two Nebraska football players will be a part of the Nebraska basketball program during the Big Ten tournament.
Quarterback Noah Vedral and offensive tackle Brant Banks have joined the team for the first game of the Big Ten tournament on Wednesday.
This is certainly unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Of course, Nebraska has to make this happen. They are down to only seven players on the entire roster. I’ll be interested to see how this situation plays out. Because there are so few players on the roster, I can almost bet that these two will see some playing time on Wednesday.
