When center Jordy Tshimanga announced he was leaving the Nebraska basketball team, people were rightly worried about the loss of a big man. While Jordy wasn’t one that was getting a ton of minutes, he was someone who could go up against other team’s big men from time to time in the post.
For a while, it looked as though the Cornhuskers were simply going to operate without a replacement in the upcoming season. That myth was put to bed on Thursday when JUCO power forward Dedoch Chan announced he had committed to the Cornhuskers.
