La Jolla, Calif. - The Nebraska men's tennis team finished play in the Pacific Coast Doubles Championships after Victor Moreno Lozano and Nic Wiedenhorn advanced all the way to the semifinals. They matched up with UCLA's Stefan Leustian and Bryce Pereira in the semifinals, but ultimately lost 6-3, 7-5.
The duo finished the tournament with a 5-1 record and even knocked off a No. 5 preliminary seed in the form of Tyler Browne and Nicholas Brunner, 4-2, 4-5(1), [7-3]. Wiedenhorn and Lozano rolled through the Round of 16 and quarterfinals, defeating the preliminary No.
