It’s rivalry week in the Big Ten, and some teams take that very seriously.
Ohio State won’t call Michigan by name, referring to the Wolverines simply as “That Team Up North,” and marks out all the M’s on campus. Minnesota doesn’t allow players or coaches to wear red during the week before the Wisconsin game (and the Wisconsin main campus Twitter feed threw some serious shade toward the Golden Gophers this week).
You won’t find any of those antics in the buildup to the Nebraska-Iowa game. There are no countdown clocks in the football buildings or students vandalizing each other's campus.
