Move over Runzas, slices of Valentino’s pizza and Wimmer’s Fairbury Beef Hot Dogs — Blackshirt BBQ, Tunnel Walk Tacos, Cornhusker Crunch Nachos and Herbie’s Burger are coming to Memorial Stadium.
Those are a few of the new offerings that industry giant Aramark Sports & Entertainment will bring to the stadium, Devaney Sports Center and Hibner Stadium as it takes over NU concessions this fall.
Aramark now operates in more than 150 venues, including NFL stadiums — like Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium, Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field and U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. They're also the concession provider at collegiate venues at Louisiana State University, Clemson University and the University of Tennessee.
