Nebraska football coach Scott Frost did not get asked on Monday during a news conference if he had any advice for his friend, Nebraska volleyball coach John Cook, as Cook tries to fight his way out of a long losing streak, the longest losing streak in Cook’s 19 years as Nebraska’s head coach. The streak has stretched all the way to three matches now.
We kid, but it was just a few weeks ago when Cook was asked if he had any advice for Frost, coming when the volleyball team was on a winning streak that reached 14 matches, and the football team hadn’t yet won its first game.
