Nebraska's class has added an offensive linemen to its recruiting class, and this one won't have to figure out his way around town once college life begins.
It's been confirmed that Lincoln East lineman Chris Walker committed to the Huskers during his weekend visit, giving NU 17 known recruits in this class.
"It's a dream for him since he was a little kid," said East coach John Gingery. "He's a Nebraska kid. Most Nebraska kids, that's what we want."
Walker is viewed as an offensive tackle by NU coaches, receiving a scholarship offer on Jan. 6.
