Cathedral City, Calif. -- Nebraska held No. 2 Washington to just two runs through the first five innings, but a big sixth inning for UW gave the Huskies a 10-2 victory over the Huskers on Saturday night at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic.
Rylie Unzicker went 2-for-3 with two doubles, an RBI and a walk. Tristen Edwards and Cam Ybarra also had one double on the night. In the circle, Olivia Ferrell (2-3) started and pitched 5.1 innings.She gave up four runs - three earned - on six hits and had two strikeouts.
