LINCOLN -- The fourth-ranked Nebraska wrestling team won six of ten bouts, scoring bonus points in four matches to defeat No. 22 Michigan 25-15 in front of 1,891 fans on Senior Night at the Devaney Center on Friday. Johnny Blankenship, Zak Hensley, David Jensen, Collin Purinton, Kyle Ruettiger and Isaiah White were all honored in a pre-meet ceremony.
The dual began with a ranked matchup at 157 pounds between No. 18 Peyton Robb and No. 9 Will Lewan. In a low-scoring affair, Lewan scored the match-winning takedown with under one minute left in Period 3 and held on for a 4-3 victory.
