At Saturday's game against Ohio State, Nebraska Athletics will salute all Veterans and active duty military in attendance. Nebraska will host members of the Nebraska Army Reserve, the Nebraska Air and Army Guard, UNL's own Military and Veterans Success Center, the Lincoln Roughriders, and many more individuals who have served and/or currently serving.
Features during Veterans/Military Salute Day:
-United States Army vehicles parked on the East Plaza and Stadium Drive including a M1142 Tactical Firetruck and a Jeep with a towed Howitzer.
-Saturday's pregame ceremony will feature Six Honorary Sentinels to be introduced and stand at attention as the Color Guards pass.
