HUSKERS SOFTBALL: Jordy Bahl Wins 1st Big 10 Player of the Week Honor

The Nebraska Cornhuskers Jordy Bahl was named the Big Ten Player of the Week yesterday. This differed from her four previous conference awards which she won as Big 10 Pitcher of the Week, as it was her hitting for which she was honored this time.

She became the first Husker to notch both honors in a season since Tatum Edwards in 2014. The last time an NU athlete won five weekly awards in one season was Peaches James in 2004.
