The Nebraska beach volleyball team finished the beach season with a 5-0 win over St. John's River State College and 3-2 over Irvine Valley College on Saturday in Irvine, California.
The Huskers concluded the season with an 8-12 overall record.
All five Husker pairs earned sweeps in the first match against St. John's River State College. Kenzie Knuckles and Madi Kubik won 21-13, 21-12 at No. 1, followed by Keonilei Akana/Ally Batenhorst (21-13, 21-14), Bekka Allick/Lexi Rodriguez (21-16, 21-10), Hayden Kubik/Lindsay Krause (21-12, 21-4) and Nicklin Hames/Whitney Lauenstein (21-6, 21-15).
