Huskers Land 3-Star OT Leon Noil Jr. to bolster 2026 trenches

Nebraska added more muscle to its future offensive line with the commitment of Leon Noil Jr., a 3-star offensive tackle out of New Orleans.

Standing 6’7” and 270 pounds, Noil is ranked the No. 45 OT nationally and chose the Huskers over Mississippi State and Baylor.

Noil has a prototypical Big Ten tackle frame but will need time to bulk up and refine his technique under Donovan Raiola.

He projects as a long-term development piece—potentially breaking into the two-deep by his third year. That patience is part of the plan, as Nebraska aims to stop rushing underprepared linemen into starting roles.
