Huskers Finish Fourth at GARC Championships

Memphis, Tenn. - The Nebraska Rifle team finished in fourth place at the Great American Rifle Conference Championships today in Memphis, Tenn. After two days of action, the Huskers took fourth with a total two-day score of 4,683 behind GARC champion Kentucky, runner-up West Virginia, and third-place Akron.

In air rifle action the Huskers were led by Elena Flake and Emily Cheramie, who both fired 592. Macey Way shot 591 and Maddie Korthas followed with 590, ensuring four Huskers fired at least 590. Kinga Aletto and Hana Musser fired 587 and 582, respectively, to round out the scores.
