Huskers Claim Relay Win, Lead After Day Two

In the last event of Friday night's session at the Hawkeye Invitational, Giulia Marchi, Gena Jorgenson, Shannon Stott and Lexi Kucera teamed up to win the 800 freestyle relay title in 7:16.24.

JoJo Randby added to Friday's highlights, swimming a 100 breaststroke NCAA Standard B Cut time twice, clocking a 1:20.20 in prelims and 1:20.22 in finals. The sophomore from Omaha, Neb. finished in second, with fellow sophomore Maia Hall placing third in 1:01.72.

In the 200 freestyle, Kucera, Jorgenson, Marchi and Stott all swam career-best times.
