Barge, a senior, finished ninth in 57.38 seconds, and Peskova, a junior, tied for 10th in 57.46. They advanced to the national meet next month in Austin, Texas.
Nebraska's Chanel Freeman finished 10th in the women's 100-meter hurdles. Freeman finished in :13.11 to advance to Saturday's competition.
On the men's side, Nebraska's Luke Siedhoff also was a Saturday qualifier with a 14th-place finish in :13.88 in the 110 hurdles.
