Do you think when coach frost says that this group is way ahead of the Ucf group that he just has more to work with here, talent wise?

For now, the key seems to be that Frost and company like what's happening at certain positions and have been very high on the manner in which the entire group has "bought in." Multiple coaches have said that that part of the process -- accepting the work, spending extra time with the playbook and in meetings, etc.
