Former Nebraska women's basketball All-American Kelsey Griffin leads her Canberra Capitals team back to the WNBL Grand Final starting this weekend in Australia.
The 2019 WNBL MVP and three-time Grand Final MVP is in the hunt for her fourth WNBL championship in her eighth season in Australia. She won her first two WNBL titles with the Bendigo Spirit in 2013 and 2014, before powering the Capitals to the crown in 2019.
In this week's 77-64 win over the Melbourne Boomers, Griffin scored 19 points to go along with nine rebounds, four assists and four steals to fuel another championship series appearance for Canberra.
