On the heels of a 7-1 start, the Nebraska men’s basketball team is ranked 24th in the Associated Press poll released Monday. It marks the first time that the Huskers are nationally ranked by the AP since Nov. 17, 2014.

It’s nice, but it doesn’t mean much right now.. except an acknowledgement that our basketball team is playing well so far into the season.
Next up is Minnesota at Williams Arena on Wednesday night. This is a huge game. Winning on the road in the Big Ten is tough, and then there’s Williams Arena.
