At Thursday’s Nebraska football practice, Husker Defensive Line Coach Hank Hughes introduced himself to Larry Jacobson, who had decided on a whim to visit the Husker training drills leading to the season opener against BYU.
Once Hughes met Jacobson and understood that he'd played on two national championship Nebraska football teams and been named an Outland Trophy and Bronko Nagurski Legends Award winner, Hughes asked Jacobson if he could introduce himself to the defensive line.
