Crawford knocks out Indongo to unify junior welterweight belts

Like a total eclipse, Terence Crawford's victory to become the undefeated, undisputed 140-pound boxing champion was quick and memorable.

Crawford of Omaha and the boxing world, gave Lincoln its biggest title fight ever and drew the biggest boxing crowd in Lincoln history -- 12,121 fans -- and the eyes of an international television audience Saturday night at Pinnacle Bank Arena.

He blanked out Julius Indongo at 38 seconds in the in the third round with a flurry of body punches that gave Crawford boxing history. While on the canvas, Indongo said he couldn't breathe.

Terrence "Bud" Crawford, who has fought anybody who will agree to fight, may be able to demand his next fights now that he made history.
