Nebraska senior first baseman Ben Miller and junior pitcher Jake Hohensee were named the Big Ten Player and Pitcher of the Week, respectively, the conference announced Monday.
Miller batted .600 in five games last week, including going 10 for 13 (.769) in Nebraska's weekend series win over No. 24 Maryland.
He finished the week with one home run, five runs scored, six RBIs and two doubles, and became the 25th Husker with 200 career hits when he went 4 for 4 Saturday against the Terrapins.
