@BennettESPN Was just looking at B1G stats for 2015. MSU 6th in Off and 8th in Def, but they won the B1G. Thoughts/Explanation?
Brian Bennett: Well, those final season numbers include the 38-0 rout by Alabama in the College Football Playoff, so that certainly doesn't help the stats.
But it was a strange year in many ways for Michigan State. Despite winning the Big Ten and making the playoff, the Spartans were rarely dominant.
