There could be major fallout from Michigan's decision to fire Sherrone Moore on Wednesday. The move comes a week after the Wolverines signed a recruiting class on the cusp of being top-10 in the country.

One player has already received his release from his letter of intent and others are expected to follow. Nebraska did not sign a big recruiting class, so there are opportunities to add to the numbers in February should Matt Rhule and the staff decide that there are prospects worth pursuing.

With Michigan's coaching situation up in the air, these are three players that Nebraska could be in play for if they are granted a release:

4-star TE/ATH Matt Ludwig

Ludwig is the first player that signed with Michigan to be granted a release from his letter of intent.
