Nebraska had a so-so season with some high points and lowlights which will need to be addressed in the off-season.
Matt Rhule has retooled his staff with some really powerful additions. It is now time to shore up the position groups of need, of which there are plenty. What makes this task even tougher is the loss of players who may be depth pieces or developing players who also need replacing.
The major gaps in the roster are wide receiver, offensive line, and linebacker with the loss of seniors plus some portal attrition leaving the cupboard bare.
