BYU running back recruit Charles West was shot in the arm on Sunday afternoon. Apparently, the shooting took place outside a middle school in Coppell, TX., according to the police report.
But now an apparent video of the incident has popped up.
It appears to be West running away in the video, which was published by D Magazine. And according to WFAA, West has not exactly stayed out of trouble. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana in January, and an arrest warrant said he solicited sex from a woman who advertised services “that entail foot fetish and dominatrix activities.
