University of Utah football player Aaron Lowe was killed in a shooting incident early Sunday in Salt Lake City.
Salt Lake City police confirmed to ABC4 Utah that Lowe died in the shooting, which occurred at a house party in the city's Sugar House neighborhood.
A second unidentified person was in critical condition, and police were still searching for the suspect Sunday morning, according to ABC4 Utah.
Utah Gov. Spencer Cox also confirmed Lowe's death Sunday morning, tweeting his condolences.
