Michigan State guard Eron Harris has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest for driving while intoxicated, according to the Lansing State Journal.
According to Graham Couch of the Lansing State Journal, Harris, the redshirt junior guard, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1. He is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusing to submit to a breath test. The misdemeanor comes with jail time and a $500 fine.
“Actions have consequences, and Eron must face those consequences in the legal system, in the court of public opinion, and within the program,” Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo told the Lansing State Journal.
