Michigan State handed Ohio State its first loss of the season Saturday, likely putting an end to the Buckeyes’ title hopes. The game was fought in the trenches and came down to a last-second Michigan State field goal attempt, which Spartans kicker Michael Geiger drilled as time expired.
Geiger was understandably excited after the win, especially after missing a field goal earlier in the game. And during a radio interview with Spartan Sports Radio’s Keith Nichol, MSU’s hero let one slip when asked how hard that moment can be for a kicker, and YouTube user Jim Rockford captured the moment.
