This story begins at Lambeau Field, where the freshly brewed beer is as cold as the bone-chilling winters, where the salted cheeses are even nicer than those cool summer nights. It begins there. I saw it. I was there when LSU opened the 2016 season against Wisconsin in the Packers stadium, a hoard of traveling purple-clad fans expecting a brand-spanking new spread offense to unfold on a field with so much historic greatness.
