U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan on Tuesday handed out prison sentences to three men—Adidas director of global marketing James Gatto, Adidas consultant and basketball organizer Merl Code and client recruiter (aka runner) Christian Dawkins—involved in the FBI’s investigation into college basketball recruiting corruption.
