Former Penn State athletic director Tim Curley pleaded guilty Monday to child endangerment for his role in the cover-up of the Jerry Sandusky sexual assault case, according to the Associated Press and Charles Thompson of PennLive.com.

Former Penn State Senior Vice President Gary Schultz also pleaded guilty to child endangerment, per Thompson.

Curley and Schultz each pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor endangerment, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Senior Judge John Boccabella noted that no agreement on the sentencing had taken place, however.
