But given the machinations of the transfer portal, the NBA draft and the extra year of eligibility because of COVID-19, the amount of roster movement has made the national championship game feel like months ago.

Duke moved to No. 1 after the return of Kyle Filipowski, while UConn fell from the top spot after Adama Sanogo declared for the NBA draft.
