Colorado head coach Deion Sanders is jogging again after having undergone nearly a dozen surgeries to address persistent blood clotting in his legs.
Sanders shared a video on Instagram in which he was working out at the Buffaloes' indoor practice facility. He said it was the first time he has felt good enough to jog since the series of procedures began:
