As the season progresses, ranking teams becomes harder and harder because, well, teams are becoming harder and harder to predict. After looking lifeless against Northwestern in Week 1, Stanford now appears to be the best team in the Pac-12 North. Conversely, Ole Miss got demolished on the road at Florida just two weeks after recording a signature win against Alabama.
Truth is, no one knows for sure how things are going to shake out. Every team has flaws, if not major flaws. Still, we'll try to make sense of it all by digesting everything that happened in Week 4 and evaluate the recent USA Today Amway Coaches poll and the Associated Press Top 25.
