College basketball transfer rankings for 2020-21 and 2021-22

Amid the uncertain timetable of the 2020-21 college basketball season, the transfer market has slowed but has not ground to a complete halt. With the NCAA Division I Council deciding in mid-May not to vote on a one-time transfer waiver that would have eliminated sit-out years for first-time transfers (it could still be adopted this January), we still expect to see a massive increase in waiver requests this summer and fall from players that were hoping to play right away next season.

While a number of traditional sit-out players are going to request immediate eligibility, we still have transfers separated into two categories: sit-out transfers and graduate transfers.
