College basketball transfer rankings for 2020-21 and 2021-22

Amid the uncertainty of the summer recruiting period and the 2020-21 college basketball season in general, the transfer market rolls along. A significant milestone in relation to that topic could come on May 20, when the NCAA Division I council is expected to vote on a change to the rule that could eliminate sit-out transfers. That change is not expected to be implemented, which could lead to a a flurry of players and schools applying for waivers that would allow them to play in 2020-21.

For now, we have the transfers separated into two categories: sit-out transfers and immediately eligible graduate transfers.
