The B/R Hashtag Challenge (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, who are enrolled in one the following universities at the time of entry: Pennsylvania State University (Penn State), University of Southern California (USC), or University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Employees, officers, and directors (and their immediate family and household members (whether or not related) of Bleacher Report, Inc.
