Alabama Releases Statement Condemning Sign Mocking LSU Using Hurricane Katrina

Ahead of Saturday's crucial clash between LSU and Alabama, the University of Alabama spoke out against a sign at an off-campus apartment in Tuscaloosa that made light of Hurricane Katrina.

As seen in this photo posted by Travon Williams on Twitter, a large sign that read "Finish what Katrina started" was prominently displayed:

Hurricane Katrina ravaged southeastern Louisiana in 2005, claiming 1,833 lives, according to Bruce Alpert of NOLA.
