This absolutely ridiculous play (which starts at 0:36) comes to you from the Oakmont Vikings of Roseville CA, who used it to cap off a 78-yard drive. Oakmont was down 43-36 and the extra point would have tied the game, but the Vikings clearly had no interest in going to overtime:
