The 10 Best Offensive Recruits In The Class Of 2015

The Class of 2015 might go down as one of the most talented groups in recent memory. With no shortage of playmakers on both sides of the ball, you can expect to keep hearing these names on Saturdays (and Sundays) for a long time to come...

10. ATH Terry Godwin

Committed to: Georgia

High School: Callaway HS

Hometown: Hogansville, GA

Godwin played as a defensive back and a wide receiver in high school, and it's still unclear where he'll suit up for Mark Richt's Dawgs. What we do know: Godwin has off-the-charts athleticism and can catch nearly anything thrown in his general vicinity. Godwin can get even better on a college weight training regimen, and wherever he ends up (hopefully Wide Receiver), he'll be scary.

9. WR Deon Cain

Committed to: Clemson

High School: Tampa Bay Tech

Hometown: Tampa, FL

A high school quarterback, it's tough to project just how good Cain will be as a freshman...but he has all the tools and the raw talent to be a devastating playmaker for the Tigers. He'll be playing with a future Heisman candidate in Deshaun Watson, and he has the raw potential to become one himself.

8. WR Christian Kirk

Committed to: TCU

High School: Saguaro HS

Hometown: Scottsdale, AZ

Can a 5-star WR fly under the radar? Kirk gets plenty of hype, but not nearly as much as some of the other receivers in this class...which is a shame, because he's going to light it up for the Horned Frogs as early as next year. His size (5'10, 191) projects him as a dangerous slot receiver at the next level, and he can make an impact there right away in Gary Patterson's system.

7. RB Damien Harris

Committed to: Alabama

High School: Madison Southern HS

Hometown: Berea, KY

Alabama's ridiculous 2015 class got another boost earlier in January when Harris picked the Crimson Tide over Kentucky and Ohio State. Harris is a rare running back with no real weak spots - he's big enough to punish defenders, quick enough to run past them, and he can hold his own as a blocker as well. With a stacked backfield already in place, Harris will have to work for his carries at Alabama.

6. QB Kyler Murray

Committed to: Texas A&M (for now...)

High School: Allen HS

Hometown: Allen, TX

The top dual-threat QB in this class, Murray has had Aggies fans tearing their hair out ever since he posted a picture of a Texas jersey on Twitter last week. With former Texas QB commit Zach Gentry on his way to Michigan, the Longhorns are going all out to sign Murray...and we expect this battle to go down to the wire.

5. WR George Campbell

Committed to: Florida State

High School: East Lake HS

Hometown: Tarpon Springs, FL

Another one of the excellent Florida players in this class, Campbell chose to stay in-state and pledged his future to the Seminoles back in September. With an absurdly high ceiling and no real weaknesses as a player, Campbell easily one of the top three receivers in this class, and could end up being the best when everything is said and done.

4. RB Soso Jamabo

Committed to: N/A (considering Texas, UCLA, Notre Dame, Oklahoma)

High School: Plano West

Hometown: Plano, TX

You may know Jamabo as the player who recently named the University of Phoenix and ITT Tech as his two finalists. Behind all the jokes, you'll find the best running back in the Class of 2015 - an explosive, dynamic runner who racked up over 2,500 yards of offense and 47 touchdowns in his senior season. Whoever lands Jamabo will give their recruiting class an instant, massive upgrade.

3. QB Blake Barnett

Committed to: Alabama

High School: Santiago HS

Hometown: Corona, CA

Barnett is the second-best quarterback in the Class of 2015, and he might be starting for the Crimson Tide sooner than you think. At over 6'4 and 200 lbs, he has the size and the strength to get it done, but his surprising mobility and excellent vision had scouts raving from day one.

2. QB Josh Rosen

Committed to: UCLA

High School: St. John Bosco

Hometown: Bellflower, CA

The #1 overall and #1 Pro-Style QB in his class, Rosen surprised more than a few people by committing to Jim Mora's UCLA squad back in March of last year. Despite massive interest from elsewhere, Rosen never wavered, and he enrolled in classes on January 5. A complete player with huge potential and no real weaknesses, Rosen is one of the best QB prospects to come out of California in years.

1. WR Calvin Ridley

Committed to: Alabama

High School: Monarch HS

Hometown: Pompano Beach, FL

With Amari Cooper bound for the NFL, it shouldn't surprise anyone that Nick Saban has another star WR coming through the assembly line. At 6'0, Ridley is slightly smaller than Cooper, but he's even faster and quicker off his line. Starting at Alabama as a true freshman isn't easy, but with Cooper and a few other starters departing, Ridley could be an impact player right out of the gate.
