4 Elite Prospects Likely To Choose A Big 10 School On National Signing Day

With the clock ticking down towards National Signing Day, there are still a handful of top prospects who still haven’t committed. Here’s a look at four elite uncommitted prospects likely to sign with a Big 10 school:

4. RB Ke'Shawn Vaughn

Prediction: Illinois

The 4-Star Nashville native is set to choose between Illinois, Purdue, Louisville and West Virginia. The Illini are the favorites at this stage, but Purdue and WVU have both been working overtime to bring in Vaughn, who rushed for 45 touchdowns and 2600 yards as a senior.

3. WR K.J. Hill

Prediction: Ohio State

It looked like Alabama and Arkansas were set to duke it out for the North Little Rock standout, but Urban Meyer made him a late priority and even made a personal visit last week. Ohio State is now in pole position and fully expects a commitment from Hill.

2. TE Chris Clark

Prediction: Michigan

Clark was a Wolverines commit for some time, but de-committed after Brady Hoke was fired at the end of last season. Jim Harbaugh quickly tried to bring him back into the fold, and while UCLA is still a strong contender, it sounds like Harbaugh's efforts have given UM a narrow edge.

1. OT Isaiah Prince

Prediction: Maryland

Prince (pictured above) originally committed to Maryland, flipped to Alabama last month, and then almost immediately un-flipped himself and said he'd make his final announcement on national signing day. Most recruiting analysts think he's headed for either Maryland or Ohio State, with Alabama an outside threat but unlikely after whatever convinced him to change his tune so fast in January.
