Curry will certainly be a threat to win his third MVP. LeBron James hopes to win his first MVP since 2013 and his fifth overall after a disappointing first season with the Lakers. If the Lakers win the West, LeBron will have a good chance of securing league MVP. James Harden is bitter after not winning MVP last season. Can he mesh with Russell Westbrook and win his second MVP this season? Harrison explores Harden’s fit with Westbrook and how it affects his MVP chances.

Kyrie Irving is a longshot, but without Kevin Durant, he will have to carry the load for the Nets and could have an MVP-type season.
