Around 15 times each season, the NBA loosens its color restriction rules and allows players to wear a variety of themed sneakers. Halloween is one of those nights, and players like De’Aaron Fox and Karl-Anthony Towns took to the court in customized kicks.

The speedy Kings guard’s purple, neon and red Nike Kobe AD took on a Joker theme, inspired by the iconic Heath Ledger character in "The Dark Knight", with “Why So Serious” text on the underside of the shoe’s tongue. Towns took things even further for fright night, teaming up with shoe customizer “Kickstradomis” for a hand-painted Jason Voorhees-themed pair of his size 20 Nike Hyperdunk Low.
