The Detroit Pistons have landed on a decision to select Oklahoma State's Cade Cunningham with the No. 1 pick in Thursday night's NBA Draft, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Cunningham is a dynamic 6-foot-8 point guard who completed his lone freshman season as Big 12 Player of the Year and a consensus All-American.
