The Cleveland Cavaliers 2015-16 roster is finally coming together after the recent signing of Matthew Dellavedova and trade of Brendan Haywood and Mike Miller to the Portland Trail Blazers for cash. Most importantly, the trade gives the Cavs a $10.5 million trade exception. Trade exceptions allow teams to acquire a player in a trade, even if they are above the cap, without matching salary going out to the team that they trade with.
