NBA Power Rankings: Reloaded Raptors and the return of CP3

The Golden State Warriors just became the first team to clinch an NBA playoff berth as early as Feb. 25 since the 1985-86 Boston Celtics.

The Cleveland Cavaliers, meanwhile, just watched their closest pursuer in the Eastern Conference standings stand pat at the NBA trade deadline while strengthening their own roster.
