Malcolm Brogdon agrees to additional two-year, $45 million extension with Indiana Pacers, agent says

Indiana Pacers guard Malcolm Brogdon has agreed to an additional two-year, $45 million extension -- guaranteeing him $89.3 million over the next four years, his agent Austin Brown of CAA Sports told ESPN on Monday.

Brogdon's extension begins with the 2023-2024 season and raises his annual salary to $22.5 million in those two new contractual seasons.

There is an 11:59 p.m. ET deadline on Monday for extension-eligible players with two years left on their current deals.

Brogdon's extension speaks to the Pacers' intentions to continue building with him as a centerpiece for the start of Rick Carlisle's tenure as coach.
